We believe you deserve to know what care costs upfront —no surprises. Below is everything you need to know about pricing, insurance, and payment options before you book.

Consultations

Psychiatric Evaluation

$250

Your first appointment is 60 minutes —no rushing, no shortcuts. We'll get to know your history, what you've been experiencing, and what feeling better looks like for you. By the end, you'll leave with a clear, personalized plan and a real understanding of your next steps.

Medication Follow-up

$90

Your follow-up appointments are where we check in, make sure your treatment is working, and adjust as needed. No two visits are the same, because your progress and your needs will evolve, and your care should too.

Payment & Policies

Accepted Payments

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA payments. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and we ask that a valid payment method be kept on file through the secure patient portal.

Invoicing & Insurance

We provide care for patients located in Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, Tennessee, Texas, and Vermont.

  • In-Network Coverage: We are in-network with Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, and Optum for patients in Connecticut, Iowa, Florida, Tennessee, and Texas.  In Tennessee, we are in-network with BCBS of Tennessee and accept the following plans: BlueCare, TennCare Select, and the Behavioral Health Comprehensive Networks.​​​

  • If you are using insurance, we ask that appointments be scheduled at least 2 days in advance so we have time to verify your benefits before your visit.

  • Out-of-Network & Private Pay: For all other states and insurance carriers, care is provided on a private pay basis,. We'll provide you with a detailed monthly superbill through your patient portal that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Communication & Refills

Controlled Substances

Life happens —we get it. We just ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer that time to another patient who may need it. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are $75.00.  No show fee is $150. Emergencies are always taken into consideration.

For privacy and accuracy, we ask that all communication be sent through your secure patient portal. Routine refill requests are typically processed within 24-48 business hours. Requests submitted after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be addressed the next business day — so please plan ahead to avoid any gaps in your medication.

We specialize in non-controlled medication management. If your care requires stimulants, benzodiazepines, or similar medications, we'll connect you with a trusted provider who can help — you won't be left without options.

Privacy Compliance & Clinical Standards

Your privacy is something we take seriously. Your records are completely confidential and never shared with anyone outside of your care — and never with marketing companies. We believe in full transparency, which means you'll always be informed and asked for your consent before any treatment decision is made. You have the right to access your records, request updates, and ask questions about how your information is used at any time."
